Booking Terms and Conditions
By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- Your deposit is non-refundable in any circumstance except at my own discretion
- You are 18 years old or over, or you will be 18 years old or over on the date of your appointment
- The cost of your tattoo (less your deposit) must be paid in full on the day of the tattoo appointment
- You acknowledge that variations may exist between your original concept/idea and my design. Minor changes can be made to the design at my own discretion, but larger changes or a request for an entirely new design may require a new deposit and forfeit of the original deposit as compensation for my additional drawing time
- Your deposit is forfeit if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment
- Your deposit is forfeit if you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, and you may not be able to get tattooed
- Your deposit is forfeit if you indefinitely cancel your appointment for any reason except at my own discretion
- You are able to reschedule your appointment with no loss of your deposit as long as at least 48 hrs notice is given. Less than 48hrs notice for a reschedule results in your deposit being forfeit except at my own discretion
- Deposits are valid for 12 months. If a tattoo appointment is not scheduled with your deposit within 12 months, it is forfeit except at my own discretion
- Your deposit is forfeit if you are aggressive, abusive, or threatening at any stage of our communication, whether this is through email or in-person
- I reserve the right to refuse service to you at my discretion
- You are responsible for taking care of your tattoo beyond the appointment date. Aftercare information will be provided to you, and any damage to your tattoo due to your own negligence is solely your own responsibility
- The lifetime free touch up policy does not apply if you are negligent in your aftercare
- You are solely responsible for the spelling and meaning of your tattoo design
