Refund and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Within 30 days of purchase you are welcome to refund or exchange your item/s as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received them.
To inquire about a refund or exchange please email: HELLO@RUBY.BLACK with your full name and order number (Included in your confirmation email) to get the process started.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item, and you are responsible for the cost to ship out a new item. So please choose wisely! Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days once your returned item has been received and inspected. If your item/s are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to only offer you a partial refund. Any refunds will only be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to product availability – if the item you wish to exchange is not in stock you will be offered a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If it has been 4 weeks since your exchange was processed, please email me at: HELLO@RUBY.BLACK
Preordered items will not ship immediately. You can contact me at: HELLO@RUBY.BLACK if you have a question about the estimated time of arrival for your preorder.
If you have preordered an item and would like to cancel, you can do so within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund.
